TANEX Resources LLC acquired two mining exploration concessions in the Republic of Mali. The Diban gold exploration concession is located in Bougouni, Sikasso Region. The Kouroufing concession is situated within the Kenieba gold district, in the Western region of Kayes. The first phases of exploration will begin during the first quarter of 2007 in both concessions.
